You must notify us via our Contact Us page, email tradestore.cost2build.co.uk or call us on 01683478327 (lines are open 8.30am to 4.30 pm weekdays) quoting your order number for reference. We will refund you the cost of the unwanted item within 14 days.

Delivery costs and times are subject to which products you are purchasing. Typically, for the majority of products we aim to dispatch within 24hrs, we will be in touch with your delivery update.
All delivery charges are calculated at checkout, if they seem high please get in touch.
